A) Booking data (via FareHarbor)
All reservations are processed through our external booking partner:
FareHarbor
When you make a reservation, FareHarbor may collect:

- Phone number
- Number of participants
- Booking details
- Payment information (processed securely by payment providers)
We receive booking information necessary to provide the tour service.
We do not store your payment card details.
B) Contact data
If you contact us directly (e.g., by email), we may process:

- The content of your message
C) Website analytics data
We use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google LLC.
This may include:
- IP address (anonymized)
- Device and browser information
- Pages visited
- Time spent on pages
- Traffic source
- Approximate location (country/city level)

4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep data only as long as necessary:
- Booking data: duration of the contract + up to 3 years for legal claims
- Accounting records: up to 10 years (legal requirement)
- Contact inquiries: up to 3 years
- Google Analytics data: according to retention settings (typically 14 months)
After this period, data is deleted or anonymized.
5. Data sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our business:
- FareHarbor – booking system
- Google LLC – website analytics
- Payment providers used within FareHarbor’s system
These providers process data under contractual safeguards and in compliance with GDPR.
